How do I refund a label in VESYL?
Go to the Shipments Page, click the three action dots (…) next to the shipment, then select Refund.
What happens after a refund is processed?
The shipment status updates to Refunded, and the payment is reversed if the carrier allows.
Can I refund a label after it has been scanned or shipped?
No. Refunds are only eligible if the label has not yet been scanned or used by the carrier.
Where can I verify the refunded payment?
Check the Payment Log or Billing Page to confirm the refund transaction has been applied.
